OBSERVED A SPEAKER STORED NEAR THE HOT HOLDING UNITS IN KITCHEN AND NEAR ACTIVE PREP AREA. EMPLOYEE ITEMS MUST BE PROPERLY STORED TO PREVENT CONTAMINATION. COS- MANAGER REMOVED SPEAKER AND PLACED IT IN AN APPROPRIATE LOCATION.
