OBSERVED BUILDUP OF GRIME AND DEBRIS UNDERNEATH WORK EQUIPMENT SUCH AS THE DISHWASHING LINE. ALL SURFACES AND AREAS OF THE FOOD SERVICE ESTABLISHMENT SHOULD BE CLEANED FREQUENTLY ENOUGH TO PREVENT BUILDUP OF GRIME AND DEBRIS.
