Observed in hot holding unit: two (2) pans of meatloaf at 92 and 102 F, respectfully. Also found Mashed potatoes and grilled chicken at 125 and 131 F, respectfully. Meatloaf was placed back in the oven. Mashed potatoes and grilled chicken were placed back in the steamer and reached temps of 170 and 180F, respectfully.

Advised staff to check temperatures of reheated foods to ensure that they are 165F or more before placing them in the hot holding unit.
