Observed employee on bottom of prep line table on cook line in a disposable cup but without correct lid & straw. CA:employee drinks must be in a disposable cup with lid & straw so as to prevent contamination. COS: PIC fixed with correct lid & straw.

Observed HW sink behind front service counter being used as a dump sink. CA: HW sinks must only be used for hand washing and employees need to dump drinks in designated dump sink. COS:PIC removed ice from HW sink
