Observed multiple items in 2 Dr reach- in (shelled eggs with raw shrimp and tortillas,raw chicken in same bins beef/steak and bottom of Prep table(raw chorizo with slice cheese,tortillas and RTE items on top shelf and raw fajita mix with raw beef burgers and raw steak on bottom shelf) not in proper storage order.CA items must be in proper/correct storage order to prevent contamination. COS PIC rearranged storage order.
