Observed multiple items in 2 door sliding cooler (frog legs next to prepped Crab Rangoon's and dumplings,cooked chicken in bin next to raw chicken in bin,raw shrimp next to prepped Rangoon's) across from fryers in kitchen. CA food must be stored in correct/proper storage order to prevent cross contamination.COS PIC had employee move items to proper shelves.

Observed multiple items in walk-in cooler(cooked chicken 04/29,cooked noodles 4/30,crab salad 4/30,cream cheese mix 4/30 not date labeled. CA items that are prepped/open must be date marked for 7 days with day of prep being day 1 plus 6 more days. COS PIC labeled items.
