Observed coffee machine cleaning tablets being stored above coffee machine and pump syrups. CA: PIC instructed to keep all cleaning materials away from active food Prep area for storage.COS: PIC moved tablets.

Regulation: 511-6-1.04(8)(b) - expired foods (p)
6-chocolate milks in under-counter drinks cooler and 2 chocolate milks in drive- thru reach-in with manufactures expiration date of May 17th,2026,which is 2 days past the need to discard. COS: PIC threw them away.

Excessive and continuous water coming and ponding on dry storage floor.Leak is believed to be coming from wall.

Excessive lid and cup buildup on floor behind front ice-machine and coffee station;excessive dirt/buildup on dry storage floor.
