Observed employee drink (in regular cup) not in disposable cup with lid and straw inside microwave. CA: employee and PIC instructed food employees can have drinks but must be in a disposable cup with lid and straw and stored in designated area. COS: drink was discarded.

Observed dish machine in active use at. CA: PIC instructed that dish machine must be at proper concentration so as to properly sanitize items. COS: Sanitizer container was replaced and lines were primed. Concentration now at 100ppm and items that has been previously washed were re-washed.
