OBSERVED THE REACH IN COOLER TO BE DIRTY/IN NEED OF CLEANING ON THE INTERIOR PORTION AND SHELVING; ALL FOOD CONTACT SURFACES SHOULD BE CLEANED AT A FREQUENCY TO PREVENT BUILD UP OF SOIL AND DEBRIS TO SIGHT AND TOUCH; COS: PIC CLEANED THE REACH IN COOLER ON SITE.
