OBSERVED DISH MACHINE UNABLE TO ACHIEVE 180 DEGREE WATER TEMPERATURE FOR SANITIZING STEP; DISH MACHINES USING HOT WATER FOR SANITIZING STEP SHOULD HIT 180 DEGREES OR HIGHER ON THE LAST STEP IN THE PROCESS; CA: PIC CALLED FOR REPAIRS TO THE MACHINE'S BOOSTER HEATER; 3 COMPARTMENT SINK WILL BE USED TO DO ALL SANITIZING OF THE DISHES UNTIL THE MACHINE IS REPAIRED
