Soup was moved to deep freezer after initial temp of 119F at 1.5 hours but still did not reach 70F within the 2 hours of start of cooling. COS, soup was reheated to 165F at 2 hour mark and cooling process restarted. Food that is cooling must reach 70F within 2 hours from 135F and then 41F within an additional 4 hours. Use proper cooling methods to cool foods. If food that is cooling will not reach proper cooling time/temp, food can be reheated to 165F and cooling process started again.
