Observed prep cooler and glass door cooler not maintaining items at 41F or lower.
4-2A - food stored covered
Regulation: 511-6-1.04(4)(c)1(iv) - packaged & unpackaged food, food stored covered(c)
Observed several items stored uncovered in coolers and freezers. All items must be covered between use to help prevent contamination.
17C - physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(2)(a) - floor, walls, & ceilings, cleanability (c)
Observed cleaning needed to floor and walls near cooking equipment. Observed cleaning needed to floor along wall and underneath stationary equipment.
