A hose connected to a potable water service outlet that is intended for human consumption must not be long enough to reach any wastewater dump station

Dishware not being properly sanitized between users. No sanitizer provided for dishware in cabins. FACILITY is responsible for ensuring dishware is SANITIZED between users -cannot rely on customers to properly clean and sanitize dishware

Observed stained pillows on beds in larger cabins. All linens placed on beds, including throw pillows, must be cleaned in between customers
