4-2B - food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(7)(a)1 - equipment, food-contact surfaces,& utensils (pf)
Observed the wells on the baine marie unit with dried food accumulations. Observed slime accumulation on the bottom of the ice machine tray if the dining area. CA: All equipment and food utensils shall be clean to sight and touch with no accumulations of food, soil or etc. CO: EHS will reinspect within 36 hrs.

Regulation: 511-6-1.05(7)(a)2,3 - equipment, food/nonfood-contact surfaces, and utensils, food-contact surfaces of cooking equipment & nonfood-contact surfaces free of accumulations (c)
Observed dried food debris on the inside of the bottom of the refrigerator and on the bottom shelves of the prep table. CA: All nonfood contact surfaces shall be kept free of an accumulation. CO: EHS will reinspect within 36 hrs.
