Observed white gravy in the walk-in cooler date marked 4/8, it was past its date. COS The white gravy was thrown out.

Observed a wet wiping cloth stored on a prep table in the kitchen
15A - food and nonfood-contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed, and used
Regulation: 511-6-1.5 (2)(jj) - food service equipment, acceptability.
Observed a reach in freezer reading 53 degrees F with no food items in it. CA If the unit is no longer working it needs to be removed or fixed. If fixed it cannot be used until health department checks it.
