Observed time/temperature control for safety foods(chicken, rice) cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit in main kitchen refrigerators. Items appear to have possibly been cooled improperly. CA: TCS items shall be maintain 41 F or below. COS: Products were discarded by PIC.
