PIC stated tomatoes and deli meat were prepped today; date was added. Burrito mix preparation date was unknown, product was discarded.

Observed top of microwave encrusted with old food. COS: Microwaved was cleaned. Ensure cleaning of microwave as often as necessary or at least every 24 hours to prevent build-up of old food.

Observed food contact surface (spatula) being stored in un-clean location (strap around Bunn water heater) after wash, rinsing and sanitizing which contaminates the surface of the spatula before use. COS: Spatula rewashed and advised to PIC to place sign to not store spatula in this manner to prevent contamination. Store spatula on clean surface after cleaning.

Ensure ice scoop container and ice scoop are cleaned as often as necessary to keep clean and at least once daily.
