Observed hamurger and chicken patties in the WIF open to the environment. Please Cover hamburger and chicken patties by 8-29-25

Regulation: 511-6-1.05(6)(n) - manual and mechanical warewashing equipment, chemical sanitization-temperature, ph, concentration, hardness (p,pf)
Observed the dishwasher not having any bleach. Please get dishwasher fixed. manager said they will use the 3 compartment sink until this gets fixed

Observed can opener with food debris. Please clean can opener by 8-29-25Can opener was taken to the dish pit

Observed no test strips for dishwasher. Please get strips by 8-29-25.

Observed the drain in the dumpster area that is clogged. Please clean dumpster area so that it will drain properly by 8-29-25.
