Facility called for reinspection of pool stating that phone had been repaired. During this inspection several attempts were made to get a dial tone on the phone, however, the phone did not work properly and was not properly secured to the wall as previously instructed. Manager on duty was notified of the issue and instructed to contact Thomas County Environmental Health once the issue was resolved.

Observed the phone not working properly. The phone didn't dial 911 the first time the phone was picked up. The second time when the inspector pushed the phone in, 911 was called. Please may sure the phone is fixed where the phone stays plugged up. Correct this and call for reinspection.
