Observed front desk handwash sink and counter area around handwash sink in need of cleaning and repair. Observed buildup of grime and broken countertop surface around handwash sink. Equipment must be durable and easily cleanable. PIC working with management to encourage remodel.

Observed several potentially hazardous items in cold holding buffet line above required temperature of 41 degrees Fahrenheit (see temp log). COS- PIC discarded items out of temp at time of inspection.
