Observed uncovered bulk containers of spices, sugar on dry storage shelf. Manager corrected violation by having employees cover the containers with a clean and sanitized lid.
12C - wiping cloths: properly used and stored

Observed in-use wiping cloths on prep tables and not stored in sanitizer solution between uses.
15B - warewashing facilities: installed, maintained, used; test strips

No testing device (strips) provided for testing chlorine sanitizer concentration in dish machine.
