Observed the ice machine and reach-in freezer in disrepair, with components not maintained according to manufacturer specifications. CA: Food service equipment must be kept in good repair to prevent contamination and ensure proper operation. Damaged or poorly maintained equipment can compromise food safety and sanitation.

Observed outside waste receptacles placed directly on the ground with no base pad present. CA: Outdoor refuse units must be installed on a proper base pad to allow effective cleaning and to minimize debris accumulation, insect attraction, and rodent harborage. Proper installation also helps ensure lids and covers remain tight-fitting to prevent contamination.
