Observed shrimp sauce in cooler storage at 51 F, discarded food. Unit was worked on during the end of the inspection. Will recheck when corrected.
17A - toilet facilities: properly constructed, supplied, cleaned
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(5)(i) - closing toilet room doors (c)
Observed employee bathroom door not self closing, repeat.
17C - physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(5)(a),(b) - good repair, physical facilities maintained; cleaning, frequency & restrictions, cleaned often enough to keep them clean (c)
Observed flooring in poor condition, needs repairing, secure lighting at hood and prep cooler.
