Observed employee not properly washing dishing, no sanitizer used. Wash, rinse, sanitize, air dry. Observed scale/mildew buildup inside ice maker unit.

Observed cold water valve on employee hand wash sink not working, observed hose stored in mop sink, removed.

Observed wire used to hold up attachment on stove, remove and install. Observed duct tape on bar inside fridge, remove, replace bar.
