Observed permit number missing on mobile unit. All mobile food service units and extended food service units shall be identified by a sign or lettering indicating the name and address of the owner, the operator and the permit number. Letters and numbers must be at least two inches high. No corrective action taken.

Observed coverings over raw wood shelves not durable and/or sealed. Render raw wood shelves and counters smooth non-absorbent and easy to clean or cover with a durable non-absorbent and easy to clean material.
