HW sink in front food service area blocked by table. PIC instructed to replace current table with something smaller that allows access to hand sink.

Hand sink in BOH not supplied with paper towels. PIC immediately restocked with paper towels.
4-2B - food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(6)(n) - manual and mechanical warewashing equipment, chemical sanitization-temperature, ph, concentration, hardness (p,pf)
Sanitizer bucket not registering on test strip. PIC was instructed on how to make bleach solution to proper strength.
