Observed food storage containers are not labeled with common name once removed from original container (ex. white powders, clear liquids, etc).

Observed improper cooling methods are used to cool Time/Temperature Control for Safety (TCS) foods (ex. large pots, large quantities in bus tubs, stacked containers, placing hot food on top of each other).

Observed most recent routine inspection is not posted in public view. The 84 from 8/12/25 is posted instead of the 71 from 2/13/26.

Observed test strips are not adequate to monitor sanitizer concentrations at the dish machine.

Observed floors and walls along baseboards and under equipment are not clean and maintained.
