Observed expired CFSM certification. Expired 03/2026. Facility is required to have a CSFM on staff. PIC will correct with owner within a month.
2-2B - proper eating, tasting, drinking, or tobacco use
Regulation: 511-6-1.03(5)(k)1&2 - eating, drinking, or using tobacco (c)
Observed employee drink w/o a lid and straw. Employee drinks required to be in a cup with a lid and straw. PIC discarded water bottle.
2-2D - adequate handwashing facilities supplied & accessible
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(3)(b) - hand drying provision (pf)
Observed a hand sink in restroom w/o paper towels. Paper towels required at hand sink. PIC replaced empty roll.
14A - in-use utensils: properly stored
Regulation: 511-6-1.04(4)(k) - in-use utensils, between-use storage (c)
Observed ice scoop stored with handle in contact with ice in the ice bin. Scoop must be stored separately from ice. PIC removed scoop to holder.
