observed bag of opened sunflower seeds on prep top table with discarded shells in box with pepper discard. COS-seeds removed. CA-do not consume food items over food prep.

observed laptop sitting on top of food prep table with food being prepped right beside it. COS-laptop removed.

observed lettuce in reach in cooler with no date marking, observed wings in walk in cooler with a prep date of 03/31/26 COS-both items discarded during inspection.

observed "multi-surface degreaser" hanging above uncovered food at prep top cooler. COS-chemical agent removed and placed in proper location separate from food items.
12A - contamination prevented during food preparation, storage, display

observed box of pizza crusts and buttermilks, not from shipment that was arriving but previously opened with items removed, sitting on floor of walk in cooler. cos-employee was moving items onto shelves at time of inspection.
12B - personal cleanliness
Regulation: 511-6-1.03(5)(f) - fingernails (pf)
observed employee prepping food with no gloves and fake nails/eyelashes with color, observed rings not plain. CA-jewelry should be plain, single band. nails should only have clear polish, eyelashes should be secure at all times. employee may manage other parts of the facility but should not prep food with these factors present, especially uncovered.
