The following documents were given to the PIC; 1. employee health forms (2) 2. employee health policy 3. date marking guide. An approved sanitizer shall be used for the dinning tables. Sanitizer shall be designed for food contact surfaces and have available test strips. At exit inspection, explained the inspection report and how scoring works. Fees will be charged accordingly for any violation which cannot be corrected on-site during inspection. Repeat violations may result in permit suspension. Yogurt was prepped with other TCS (time control products) Refrigerated, ready-to-eat time/temperature control for safety foods prepared and held in a food establishment for more than 24-hours shall be clearly marked to indicate the date of prep or the date by with the food shall be used/discarded for a maximum of 7 days.
