Cold-Holding was assessed and incompliance unless noted in the temperature log. No foods were hot holding at the time of inspection. PIC was coached on new rules Fees will be charged accordingly for any violation which cannot be corrected on-site during inspection. Repeat violations may result in permit suspension. 2-2D: .06(2)(o)Observed a large trash can blocking the only handsink in the kitchen. At least one handwashing sink shall be convenient for employee use in food preparation, food dispensing and warewashing areas as well as in or immediately adjacent to toilet rooms. (Pf) Corrective Actions: Trash can was removed to an approved location.

13A: .02(1)(d)Observed the previous inspection report (9/13/24 score 87) was not posted in public view. The inspection report from 7/26/24 score 100, was posted instead. The most current inspection report shall be prominently displayed in public view at all times, within fifteen feet of the front or primary public door and between five feet and seven feet from the floor and in an area where it can be read at a distance of one foot away. (C) Corrective Actions: PIC (person in charge) was given a new inspection report to post into public view.
