Cold-Holding was assessed and incompliance unless noted in the temperature log. No foods hot holding at the time of inspection. No TCS( time/temperature control saftey) foods were cooked, chopped, sliced, cooled, on time control, served, hot held, nor reheated to hot hold duirng inspection. Non TCS vegetables such as carrots and apples were being bagged during inspection. Fees will be charged accordingly for any violation which cannot be corrected on-site during inspection. Gave 2026 permit to PIC (person in charge) Repeat violations may result in permit suspension.
