Cold-Holding was assessed and incompliance unless noted in the temperature log. No foods were hot holding at the time of inspection. No foods were on time control at the time of inspection. Dish machine was not used today. No foods were cooling, cooking, reheated to hot hold, served, chopped, nor sliced. Ensure food employee handling salad does not wear any braclets. Violation will be marked accordingly on next routine inspection, Suggested PIC (person in charge) training food employee prepping salads on hand washing. Violation will be marked accordingly on next routine inspection. Fees will be charged accordingly for any violation which cannot be corrected on-site during inspection.
