Observed potentially hazardous food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit: cream cheese in kitchen reach in cooler, bacon in reach in. (COS: rearranged cooler for better air circulation, TCS foods placed at coldest part of cooler).
8-2B - toxic substances properly identified, stored, used
Store cleansers such that cross contamination of food, utensils cannot occur. (COS: cleansers moved to appropriate storage).
