Observed buildup inside the ice machine in the front food service area. C/A: Clean the ice machine. Increase cleaning frequency to limit buildup.
8-2B - toxic substances properly identified, stored, used
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(6)(b) - working containers, common name (pf)
Observed a chemical container without a label stored on the shelf in the main kitchen. C/A: All chemical containers must be labeled with at lease the common name when stored outside the original container.
14A - in-use utensils: properly stored
Regulation: 511-6-1.04(4)(k) - in-use utensils, between-use storage (c)
Observed scoop handle stored improperly inside a container of sugar on the dry storage shelf. C/A: When storing with food, scoop/utensil handles must be above the food and the container.
15B - warewashing facilities: installed, maintained, used; test strips
Observed no test strips for the sanitizer being used. C/A: Obtain the proper test strips for the sanitizer being used.
