Observed TCS food in prep top cooler not being held at 41F or below. C/A: Place TCS food on ice until PTC is fixed. COS: Manager placed food on ice.
2-2A - management knowledge, responsibilities, reporting

Observed no employee reporting agreements.
C/A: Ensure each employee reads and signs the agreement.
4-2B - food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(6)(n) - manual and mechanical warewashing equipment, chemical sanitization-temperature, ph, concentration, hardness (p,pf)
Observed no sanitizer inside sanitize portion of three compartment sink. C/A: Ensure automatic feeder is being turned on when filling sanitize compartment.
