Observed turkey, spring mix, and pimento cheese held above 41 degrees Fahrenheit in reach-in-cooler and prep top cooler. COS- food was moved to walk-in-cooler C/A: Maintain food at 41 degrees Fahrenheit and below in all coolers.

Observed wet nesting of clean, stacked dishes, C/A: Allow dishes to properly air dry prior to stacking.
