Observed black and brown buildup inside and in crevices of the bulk ice machine in the kitchen. C/A: Increase cleaning frequency to limit buildup.

Observed black buildup on racks storing clean dishes in the warewashing area. C/A: Clean. Ensure food contact surfaces are properly washed, rinsed, sanitized, and air dried to prevent contamination.

Observed scoop handles stored inside the flour, imperial dip, and ice bin in kitchen. COS- PIC removed scoop handles C/A: Store scoops in a way that the handle is not in food itself.
