Observed employee drink (Celcius can) open and stored on prep counter. C/a: Employees drinks need lids and straw or other covering. Store employee drinks away from food and food prep areas.

Observed employee wearing hoop earrings and silver bracelet on wrist. Observed employee conducting food prep without a beard restraint. C/a: Corrected on-site. Employee placed beard restraint on. Repeat violation. Refrain from any jewelry on the hands and wrists outside of a plain band ring. Wear beard and hair restraints during food prep.
