Observed no employee health reporting agreements for the facility. C/A: Ensure all employees sign a copy of the agreement and have copies available for inspections.

Observed multiple RTE/TCS foods improperly date marked. C/A: Ensure RTE/TCS foods are properly date marked and stored no longer than 7 days or by the earliest use by date mark.
14A - in-use utensils: properly stored
Regulation: 511-6-1.04(4)(k) - in-use utensils, between-use storage (c)
Observed scoops used for RTE/TCS foods improperly stored sitting on top of the container of the food product. C/A: For RTE/TCS food items, in-use utensils must be stored with the food inside the container with the handle above the food and the container.

Observed the mop sitting inside the mop bucket. C/A: Store mops hanging to air dry in between uses
