Observed curry chicken, cabbage, rice, gravy, and oxtail cooling at room temperature on stove top and steam well. COS- cabbage and rice were discarded. Chicken and oxtail were reheated to 135 degrees Fahrenheit and cooled in ice bath C/A: Use proper cooling methods.
