Observed 3 employees with loose hair not wearing proper hair restraints during good baggage. COS- hair nets were put on C/A: Employees must wear hair restraints (i.e. hair nets) during active food prep and handling.

Observed bluetooth speaker stored in food prep area. COS- bluetooth was moved C/A: Have employees' belongings in a designated area away from food prep.
