Observed baked beans, sliced tomato, and lettuce not properly cold-held to 41F or below in reach-in cooler. Observed mozzarella cheese and shredded cheese not properly cold-held to 41 F or below in Atvantco cooler. Except during preparation, cooking, or cooling, or when time is used as the public health control, time/temperature control for safety food shall be maintained at 41°F (5°C) or below. C/A: Food items were discarded.
4-2B - food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized

Observed soiled ice machine. Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. C/A: PIC turned off ice machine to clean and sanitize. Facility will obtain commercial ice until ice machine is cleaned and sanitized.
