Inspector also observed prepared sanitizer bucket at a concentration of 150ppm. Per regulation quaternary ammonium sanitizer concentration must be between 200 and 400 ppm to effectively sanitize. PIC was informed and voluntarily discarded of the old sanitizer and prepared a new one that meets the regulation.
