CA: Food shall be stored in packages, covered containers, or wrappings.

COS: Lids were placed on containers.

Observed employee on food line with bracelets. Employee stated bracelets were permanent and not able to be removed.

CA: Except for a plain ring such as a wedding band food employees may not wear jewelry including medical information jewelry on their arms and hands while preparing food.

COS: Employee was removed from food line.

Observed food employee handle raw meat and then prepare a bun for customer service using the same gloves. CA: PIC must ensure that gloves are only used for one purpose COS: Bun was discarded and employee educated

Observed food employee prepare buns with gloved hands, wipe her hands on her apron, and then proceed to finish preparing the hamburger with her gloved hands without changing gloves. CA: PIC must ensure employees know when to change gloves COS: food discarded and educated employee

Observed lid to precooked grilled chicken in reach in freezer with dripping from raw ground beef present. CA: PIC must ensure foods are protected from contamination by separation according to cook temperature. COS: Contaminated product was removed and discarded.

Observed bins of foods in freezer stored uncovered, it did appear that debris was falling into the container of pretzel bites. CA: PIC must ensure food is stored covered COS: Items were covered

Observed tubs stacked wet preventing air drying to occur. CA: PIC must ensure items air dry before stacking for storage
