Observed no food thermometer present on unit at time of visit to check TCS foods that were hot held CA: PIC must provide Food Temperature measuring device

Observed hot holding units stored in front of three compartment sink(was not in use at the time) where it would be exposed to splash. CA: rearrange unit to ensure new products are protected when in use
