Observed no handwash soap at both handwash sinks in the main kitchen. All handwash sinks shall be supplied with hand soap and hand drying towels.
10D - food properly labeled; original container

Observed a black tote with sugar without a label of the common name of the food ingredient. All foods and food ingredients stored out of its original container shall be labeled with its common name.

Observed no handwashing signs at the handwash station in the main kitchen nor the restrooms. All handwash sinks accessible to employees shall have proper signage.

Observed a bowl being used as a scoop in a tote with breading ingredients. Observered a plastic condiment container being used as scoop at the prep top cooler. Single use items shall not be used as scoops. A scoop shall be used with the handle in an upright position to prevent contamination.

Observed accumulation of grease and debris under, beside the grill station, fry station, utility lines, and the walls throughout the kitchen. Clean at a frequency to prevent accumulation of grease and debris.
