Observed pink mold-like substance on the interior of the ice machine. CA: Food contacted surfaces should be cleaned routinely and should be inspected by employees to ensure no build up occurs. COS: Ice machine was cleaned.

Observed container of egg salad held past expiration date. CA: All foods must be discarded by their use-by/best-by dates, or 7 days past the prep/open date. All foods kept in their original container must be date marked once they are opened to ensure they are discarded at the appropriate date. COS: Item was discarded.
