Observed drink nozzles in lobby area not cleaned at a frequency maintained clean to sight and touch. CA: Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch.
Update: Site visit made on 2/10/2026 and observed drink nozzles detailed clean.
12B - personal cleanliness
Regulation: 511-6-1.03(5)(g) - jewelry (c)
Observed employee handling food with bracelets on wrist. CA: Except for a plain ring such as a wedding band food employees may not wear jewelry including medical information jewelry on their arms and hands while preparing food. COS: PIC educated, and instructed employee to remove jewelry.

Observed employee cell phone on table in front main kitchen area next to food and food ingredients. CA: Areas designated for employees to eat, drink, use tobacco products and electronic devices shall be located so that food, equipment, linens, and single-service and single-use articles are protected from contamination. COS: PIC educated employee.
