Observed TCS food (Cheese and lettuce) with a date mark of 03/31. CA: Date marked TCS foods cannot be held after seven days. CA: PIC discarded cheese and lettuce.

Observed leaking fixtures at handwashing sink and three compartment sink. CA: Plumbing system must remain in good repair. Correct by date indicated.
