Observed open and exposed bag of tots in WIF. All food items in storage shall be covered. COS.
14A - in-use utensils: properly stored
Regulation: 511-6-1.04(4)(k) - in-use utensils, between-use storage (c)
Observed in use ice cream scoops stored in pan with welted product (not clean + dry). In use scoops may be stored on clean surface clean and dry, in product being served provided handle is not in contact with product, in dipper well or in hot (135F) water. COS.
14C - single-use/single-service articles: properly stored, used
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(10)(g)(1)&(3) - kitchenware and tableware, single-service/-use items properly handled to protect food-/lip-contact surfaces (c)
Observed To Go cups on front line over stocked and exposed above dispensers. Do not overfill dispensers. Store cups in dispensers, or leave in protective plastic sleeves, with only the bottom of the top cup exposed.
17C - physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(5)(a),(b) - good repair, physical facilities maintained; cleaning, frequency & restrictions, cleaned often enough to keep them clean (c)
Complete repair of damaged floor tile.
